Hello and welcome to Cooking with Christina. Today’s recipe story is from when my grandmother was very little. My grandmother and her mom only had puddle and gram cracks in the house so they came up with this cake called and ice box cake. The ice box cake recipe calls for 4 cups of vanilla pudding, 2 cups of chocolate pudding, and a box of gram crackers. First you must have a box dish or pan. Next, cover the bottom and sides of the pan with gram crackers. Then add 2 cups of vanilla pudding, and then place more gram crackers on top. Repeat this step with the chocolate pudding. Now add the last 2 cups of vanilla pudding. Finally crush up the rest of the gram crackers and sprinkle them on top. Now you have your very own ice box cake. There really isn’t any healthy ingredient in this recipe.  A tip for this recipe is level the pudding out each time you add it. Today’s shout out goes to Mr. Hunt.
